Having persistent feelings of Depression such as:
Sadness, anxiousness, emptiness, guilt, worthlessness, helplessness, can be a sign of depression. |
Having extreme difficulty concentrating, remembering to do even the simplest of everyday tasks, or having trouble making decisions can be a sign of depression.

Aches and pains, headaches, cramps, or digestive problems without any clear physical cause and which do not ease with treatment, can be a sign of depression.

Apathy towards, or diminished pleasure in life's activities, or a sudden disinterest in the things that used to be enjoyed, can be a sign of depression.

Changes to normal sleep patterns, such as insomnia, or oversleeping. Being either not able to sleep, or sleeping away significant hours of your life is a very common sign of depression.

Significant changes in appetite and body weight, whether it be a marked weight gain, or weight loss over a short period of time, can be a sign of depression.

Increased anger or irritability, low tolerance levels and a short temper. When everyone and everything appears to be causing distress, this can be a clear sign of depression

Fatigue or a loss of energy can be a sign of Depression. If you feel tired, exhasted and find that even simple everyday tasks seem to take everything out of you, it might be time to see a doctor or talk to someone about it.
